Hi Friends!

Here’s an easy and quick way to make your breakfast on the go, or to have a snack that is filling for when you’re at work or at school 🙂

Making overnight oats is my favourite way of making a quick breakfast, you can make it literally the night before..hence the overnight portion of the title. The best part of this recipe is, it’s five ingredients or less.

Let’s get started!

How do you make your overnight oats? Comment below!

I base it off of three important ingredients: yoghurt, type of seed choice, and type of additive (fruits and/or other flavourings). If you are lactose intolerant, or cannot have any dairy, there are always alternatives! I’ll mention them below!

Basic on the go

  • Rolled oats – 1/2 cup
  • Almond milk – 1/2 cup
  • Honey – 1 tsp.
  • Yoghurt – 1/2 cup
  • Granola mix – 1 tsp.

Matcha Booster

  • Matcha powder – 1 tsp.
  • Almond milk – 1/2 cup
  • Rolled oats – 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla extract – 1 tsp.
  • Greek yoghurt – 1/2 cup
  • Chia seeds – 2 tsp.

Fruit blast

  • Two choice of fruit ex. raspberries, blueberries, mangoes etc. – Add as many as you would like!
  • Almond milk – 1/2 cup
  • Rolled oats – 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla extract – 1 tsp.
  • Green Yoghurt – 1/2 cup
  • Chia seeds or type of seed you would like – 1 tsp.
