I love red velvet and cookies…who doesn’t? The colour of the red velvet definitely pops out, especially once you add a dusting of that powdered sugar over top. I have two versions of the recipes, and their links located below 🙂

- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened

- 1 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® Red Food Color
