Adobong Ribs: Filipino Style

Hi Friends!

Even though many of my posts will be delayed, I’ll try to upload some recipes that can be formatted properly. Here’s a Filipino favourite of mine, it’s also good with chicken wings ahaha. Try it out and see how you like it!

Ingredients (All rights go to their respected owner)

  1. ½ cup Light soy sauce
  2. ½ cup Rice vinegar
  3. ½ cup Rice wine
  4. 1 Tbs. Fish sauce
  5. 3 Tbs. Brown sugar (we used banana ketchup instead)
  6. ⅓ cup Chopped garlic (approximately 18 to 20 cloves)
  7. 4 Bay leaves
  8. ¼ tsp. black pepper
  9. 2 Tbs. Cooking oil
  10. 1 Rack of baby back ribs (approximately 3½ lb.), cut into single pieces
  11. 3 Green onions, chopped*
  12. Fresh lime juice from 1 lime*
  13. 6 Lime wedges to serve*
  14. Cilantro*

*optional ingredients, used for serving purposes.
