Quick Oats

I wanted to post up some ideas for breakfast! Should I start up a breakfast blog series? Anyways, I love Pinterest. You can look up hundreds of recipes to try out, plus the ingredient list is endless. Well…not completely, since it all should be edible in the end, right?

My version of Quick Oats:

Ingredients:

  1. 1/3 cup of quick oats
  2. 2/3 cup of water (milk/soy milk/almond milk can be added to substitute, if you want a creamier texture)
  3. 1 tsp. matcha powder
  4. 1 tsp. chia seeds
  5. 1/2 banana sliced

My sister’s version of Quick Oats:

Ingredients:

  1. 1/3 cup of quick oats
  2. 2/3 cup of soy milk
  3. 1 tsp. chia seeds
  4. 1 tsp. cinnamon
  5. 1 tsp. peanut butter
  6. 2 tbsp. greek yoghurt
