Sinigang on a budget

Long time ago, my sister and I made Sinigang in the apartment my father had in Halifax. We used the Nora Kitchen: Sinigang sa Calamansi Mix, however there are other brands of mixes you can use.

Note, this is a sinigang recipe on a are free to add more to the mix!

Ingredients (All rights are given to its respected owner, found on the link above)

1/4 kilo pork, adobo cut
3 red onions, sliced quarterly
3 red tomatoes, sliced quarterly
1 bundle of kangkong, cut the stems and leaves at least 3 inches
1 whole radish, round slices
1 pack of Sinigang sa Sampalok Mix Original, good for 2 liters
1 1/2 to 2 liters of water
3 tbsp of cooking oil
Half a teaspoon of salt to taste
